The Sophisticated Eun-hye

I always like Yoon Eun-hye. Don't know why, but I think she's very sophisticated and fashionable. The impression I wanted to stick it to myself, if I could haha ...

One time, there are three actresses who have the same dress from a famous fashion designer Marc Jacobs. They are Yoon Eun-hye, Han Ji Hye and Fan Bing bing. And guess who is the best actress wear that dress? Yup! Eun-hye!

Simple stripe knee-length dress that she wore with a belt, a beautiful necklace and hand corsage. Han Ji-hye just wear the dress with a belt only. What's worse, Fan Bing bing. She was not wearing anything other than the oversized dress who drowned skinny body.

What I like about Eun-hye is also her sweet smile and childishness. She's the type of people who deceive others by age, because of her childishness.
Aww! Like me? Hahaha...

And the main thing of all is her acting. She was given the nickname 'Queen of Romantic Comedy' because she always looks so sweet, and funny and cute every time she's acting.

Hey Shik-ah!

It's been long time I didn't write about Yoo Ah-in, huh? Yes, Yoo Ah-in, that handsome guy which is similar face to my school friend xixixi ...

He is very-very different from Indonesian actors which the same age as him. I do not mean to denigrate young Indonesian actors or whatever. But of all the writings, interviews, coverage, news and anything that spread in the real world and cyberspace, Yoo Ah-in is not the kind of celebrities who dazzled by the glamorous life.

Just read his writings on twitter. He has a talent for writing, I thought (as an editor). And a wise way of thinking, beyond his age and his babyface.

Beyond all that, Yoo Ah-in always reminds me of Abe, my school friend who is missing somewhere. Makes me miss my teenager days long time ago.

Hey Shik-ah, thanks for remind me of my school years! Success for you. I love you. Hahaha...

PS: Yoo Ah-in's real name is Uhm Hong-shik. So, I call him Shik-ah ^^

I Forgive Park Shin-hye

Once I did not like this girl: Park Shin-hye (PSH). Why? Maybe I was jealous because people said she's Jang Geun-suk's girlfriend. Hehehe..

The second reason, some of her fans are annoying. They insult JGS' partners in his other films, for example, Moon Geun-young (Marry Stayed Out All Nights). Then there was a war of words between two camps of fans. But it's clear that the first start was from PSH's fans. They are the ones that fanatics on PSH, crazy about Boys Before Flowers drama and want JGS and PSH dating in the real world.

Oh c'mon... They're going out or not, what's the matters, guys?

Once I didn't like PSH, because she didn't try to mediate the dispute. Come on, girl. Just speak up, one or two sentences. I don't believe that she didn't know about the dispute. I know, she's not blind about the Internet. She has a Cyworld account (blog service in Korea). She has a twitter, which is updated regularly. She's got a facebook? Who knows. Clearly she was active in cyberspace.

She could give a statement on twitter or Cyworld to arbitrate the disputes by her plebeian fans.

My friend, an actress said, that busy people like them, do not have time to deal with trivial things like that.
Oh yeah? But it is her moral responsibility to remind the fans for being polite.

I was not an actress, but I'm a person who had many supporting friends for anything I do. When one day I was attacked and they wanted to strike back the offender, wanted to curse or hurt the perpetrator, I have a moral obligation to stop them.
Why?

Because it will become a boomerang for me. My name will go bad. People do not just hate my friends, but also hate me.

But ....
Now because the fans were no longer at war, my feeling to PSH was gonna be normal. No hate, but also not love.

But there's one person that I mark, have attitudes like PSH. Letting a friend to attacked me. Hiding in silence and pretend not to know anything.

Perhaps you secretly glad that it happened, eh?

Blabbering in the Afternoon

Until this day I still fall in love with Yoo Ah-in. Not just because he looks like my school friend who  disappeared some where. You know, I like the style of Ah-in. He's cool, mysterious and mischievous.

Perhaps it is coincidence that the face of my friend named Abe was a bit like Yoo Ah-in. Especially their eyes and lips. Their lips thick, conical, pouts as if mocking people who stare at them. And they have slanted eyes ... ah, since I was a teenager I like the slant-eyed guys!

Not only Kenzo, who has slanted eyes. Of course, he was obviously a half Japanese. But my boyfriends before him, most have slanted eyes, although not all of them descendants of oriental.

What's so special with the slant-eyed guys, Enno? Ask my friends. Ah, dunno.
Maybe because in my family there are a lot of people have slanted eyes. Many of my cousins have slanted eyes, even my own. Sometimes, if I walk in the Chinatown area in Jakarta, the owner of the shop where I shop called me 'amoy' or 'cici'. Hahaha...

Back to the topic.
When I saw Yoo Ah-in, knew him from the Korean dramas that I watch, I realized that my old friend Abe was cool. Hahaha

Oh, oh! The guy with hot lips and slanted eyes ^^

A cool guy who does not look cool because it was covered by his naughty. That was Abe. Though he said he fell in love with me for three years! OMG, why would I be so blind? A handsome guy was in love with me and I even busy crush on his brother and other guys! Phew! It's stupido, right?

Today I'm thinking, when I used to know his feelings, would I accept his love?
I think about it anymore ... and the answer is NO. Because I consider him like my brother.

It's become another story if the guy who falls in love with me is Yoo Ah-in! *wink*

By the way, I found a tumblr and blog link which full of Yoo Ah-in photos and videos. Aaaah! It's heaven! If you are Yoo Ah-in's fans and wanna peek him, just click this link and this link.

So I also 'stole' some Ah-in's photos from the sites and drooling...
Hahaha...

Ah-in darling... I wanna kiss you!
Smooch smooch! :))

Hey, why you kissed that apple! Just kiss me ONLY!!! :))

    Still About Yoo Ah-in ^^

Hey! These are Sunkyungkwan Scandal (SKKS) co-stars commenting on Yoo Ah In.

    Park Min Young:

    Park Min-young

“I’ve talked about this with Ah-in, that everyone: Park Yoochun, Song Joong-ki, Yoo Ah-in, was so passionate about acting that we spurred each other on. The teamwork was so good that even when doing reactions for each other’s shots, we were diligently acting. But I have one complaint. All three of them have such baby faces. Especially Ah-in, when he cuts his hair and shaves his face, he looks like a total kid. Next to the three of them, I look old! On top that, I think the stress of the shoot has aged me.” (via Yonhap, Sports Khan)

Yoo Ah In, the more you see (of him), the more you fall for him. Song Joong Ki is intelligent and smart performer. Park Yoo Chun is sincere (or devoted).” (Entertainment Relay 11/06/2010)

    Joo Ah Sung:

    Joo Ah-sung

Startoday interview of Joo Ah Sung aka Nam Myung Sik (So Ron leader) in drama SKKS, his comment about working with YAI:

During the first scene with Yoo Ah In, I thought to myself he was born to be an actor (also mean celestial star or the highest/best actor). He was really Gurl Oh. At the location, he was in Gurl Oh character always, really focused… watching them (refering to Park Yoo-chun & YAI), even though they were still young, they were so good I thought to myself I should make greater effort.”

    Song Joong-ki:

    Song Joong-ki

During KBS 2TV 'Entertainment Weekly', Song Joong-ki, who is well known for playing Goo Yong-ha in 'Sungkyunkwan Scandal', confessed, “I want Yoo Ah-in's lips, not in sexual way though.”

Song Joong-ki said, “My complex is my lips. I occasionally saw Yoo Ah-in's lips during the shooting of 'Sungkyunkwan Scandal', and I really envy these lips.”

    Yoo Ah-in

And look! This guy is very-very cool, right! Hahaha...

    I love You, Yoo Ah-in!

I think, I want to ask for temporary break from Jang Geun-suk and dating this guy: Yoo Ah-in.
Look! His charisma shines in every photo .... and also in every scene that he played in drama Sungkyunkwan Scandal as Moon Jae-shin.

I can only say: he's successful role as Moon Jae-shin, who had a nickname Gurl-oh (Wild Horse). He's cool, messy, untouchable, mysterious and rebel.

    Sungkyunkwan Scandal, I Love It!

I just finished watching Sungkyunkwan Scandal! Whoa! It's very good drama!

Sungkyunkwan Scandal is set in Sungkyunkwan University in the late Joseon era during the reign of King Jeongjo, revolving around the exploits and love stories of four youths. This drama is also based on the best seller novels "The Lives of Sungkyunkwan Confucian Schollar I & II" by Jung Eun Gweol.

When her younger brother's illness worsens and their family is in danger of being evicted from their house for lack of money, Kim Yoon Hee enters the school under his name, disguised as a boy in her desperation to support him. There, she becomes friends with the intelligent and upright Lee Sun Joon, the playboy Goo Yong Ha and rebellious Moon Jae Shin.

I love the character of Moon Jae Shin. He's so cool and handsome! Hohoho...
Yoo Ah-in was very successful play this role! I love you, man! Some of my friends call him 'The Hot Lips'. Geez! Hahahaha... I agree with you, gals!

These are some of my favorite scenes!
The first meeting between Yoon-hee and Jae-shin.  They do not know that they'll become bestfriends later

This' after the arrest of Sun-joon. Jae-shin appears, declaring that he’ll go make it right, since no one would believe that the bumbling idiot they have in custody is actually the Red Messenger. But Yoon-hee’s not having any of that. She stands in his path, hands stretched as far as they reach.  She declares, tears in her eyes, that there’s someone who took his place; she won’t forgive him if he doesn’t honor that sacrifice. She said, “Because…for you…I would’ve done the same.” It's really a beautiful friendship, right?

Jae-shin: Kim Yoon-shik. Have I ever told you? Thank you.
    Yoon-hee: For what?
Jae-shin: You. Thank you, for you.

Yoon-hee leads the students to the palace, where they chant for Sun-joon to be set free, and plead their case to the king. Yoon-hee looks on at her classmates, proud and amazed at the power a group of vocal students can wield. It’s akin to the feeling you have at your first student protest, when the world is open and full of hope, and you feel for the first time that with enough people on your side, you could move mountains and change the world.

It's just because they already know that Yoon-shik is Yoon-hee, a girl. That night come bedtime, Sun-joon does some quick thinking and immediately claims the middle spot.
Jae-shin: Oy, Noron. That’s my spot.
Sun-joon: There’s no my spot, your spot. You’re the one who said that your spot is where you lie.
At which Jae-shin kicks Sun-joon’s pillow. What follows is some major butt-action as Jae-shin tries to push Sun-joon back and Sun-joon holds his own. They get into a “What is wrong with you” exchange before they’re interrupted by Yoon-hee’s appearance. Hahaha it's so ridiculous!

The Student President, In-soo has been busy outing the Red Messenger the night before, presenting Jae-shin’s bracelet to his father as proof of his identity. He insists they march into Sungkyunkwan with soldiers, and when his father resists, he mounts a plan on his own.
He catches up to Yong-ha and Jae-shin, surrounding them with soldiers and taunting them with the bracelet, declaring that he has the evidence to put away the Red Messenger for good. He bares Jae-shin’s wrist, sans bracelet, as proof.
Only Jae-shin presents his other arm—with the exact same bracelet. And then Yong-ha shows his wrist, with another of the same. That shuts In-soo up in a hurry, and they scamper off, even managing to retrieve the original bracelet from In-soo’s grasp. Hahaha! Nice scene. It's smart sense of Gu Yong-ha!

I dunno, the romantic scenes between Yoon-hee with Sun-joon does not make me interested. Their acting was too ordinary. Nothing special.
But the charisma of Yoo Ah-in as Moon Jae-shin who make scenes between Jae-shin, Yoon-hee a.k.a Yoon-shik was very nice, and make us wish they are dating at the end of the story.

As expected, Yoo Ah-in totally commands the screen when he’s on. He’d be the sharpest and most charismatic. Ah-in has a really fantastic ability to be a chameleon, be able to take the careless rebel character and make him intriguing.

I also like Song Joong-ki's acting in this drama. He is also very good, playing this bored hedonist type. Not quite as cruel, but he has a dark streak. Good job Joong-ki!

Although some reviews say that this drama is almost the same as Boys Over Flowers, I personally feel that this movie is better. There is absolutely no showing off wealth or power. The main characters are people who uphold the friendship and common interests, even though they are children of the powerful state officials.

    I think this drama is a must-watch!
